직원용 원스톱 운영 대시보드 Auto Connection My Dash는 직원들이 고객 문의, 예약 응대, 쿠폰 관리, 작업 스케줄, 프로모션, 이메일 시그니처까지 한 곳에서 운영할 수 있도록 제작한 내부용 비즈니스 대시보드 앱입니다. 이 앱의 목적은 여러 부서와 여러 시스템에 흩어져 있던 업무를 하나의 화면으로 통합하는 것입니다. 고객이 마이크로 사이트를 통해 문의하거나 예약을 요청하면, 해당 정보가 My Dash로 들어오고 직원은 같은 화면에서 고객 정보, 문의 내용, 사진, 서비스 종류, 이전 주문 내역, 예약 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다. 단순한 관리자 화면이 아니라, 실제 직원들이 매일 사용하는 운영 허브로 설계했습니다. 핵심 기능 중 하나는 AI Booking Assistant입니다. 오토글래스, 디테일링 등 마이크로 사이트에서 들어오는 부킹과 견적 요청을 한 곳에서 관리하고, AI가 고객에게 자동으로 응대하거나 후속 메시지를 보낼 수 있습니다. 필요할 경우 직원이 직접 대화에 개입해 채팅을 이어갈 수 있으며, 견적 발송, VIP 정보, 가격 안내, 예약 진행 같은 빠른 액션 버튼을 통해 응대 속도를 높일 수 있습니다. 또한 모바일 앱에서도 채팅 앱처럼 고객과 대화할 수 있어, 사무실 밖에서도 빠른 응대가 가능합니다. Work Calendar는 각 부서의 직원 스케줄과 작업 가능 시간을 관리하는 기능입니다. 부서별 근무 일정, 예약된 작업, 남은 작업 수용량을 확인하고, 이 데이터를 기반으로 실제 부킹 가능한 시간을 계산합니다. AI 챗봇은 이 캘린더의 남은 슬롯을 참고해 고객에게 가능한 시간대를 안내하고 예약을 진행할 수 있도록 설계했습니다. 이를 통해 단순한 예약 접수가 아니라, 실제 운영 가능 인력과 작업 capacity를 반영한 예약 자동화가 가능해집니다. 쿠폰 관리 기능은 디지털 쿠폰과 피지컬 쿠폰을 모두 지원합니다. 특히 피지컬 쿠폰은 쿠폰을 생성하고 등록한 뒤, 어떤 고객에게 발급되었는지, 언제 사용되었는지, 어떤 프로모션이 실제 방문과 매출로 이어졌는지를 추적할 수 있도록 만들었습니다. 이를 통해 오프라인 프로모션도 단순 배포가 아니라 성과 측정이 가능한 마케팅 데이터로 전환됩니다. 프로모션 관리 기능은 서비스별 캠페인, 할인, 특별 혜택을 운영자가 직접 관리할 수 있도록 구성했습니다. 마케팅 활동이 웹사이트, 쿠폰, 예약 흐름과 연결되기 때문에, 특정 프로모션이 실제 고객 문의와 예약에 어떤 영향을 주는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 이메일 시그니처 관리 기능은 직원별 이메일 서명을 생성하고 통합 관리하기 위해 제작했습니다. 단순한 서명 생성기가 아니라, 회사의 추천 차량 매물이 실시간으로 이메일 시그니처에 표시될 수 있도록 설계해, 일상적인 이메일 커뮤니케이션도 판매와 마케팅 접점으로 활용할 수 있게 했습니다. 전체적으로 My Dash는 고객 응대, 예약 자동화, 쿠폰 성과 추적, 직원 스케줄 관리, 프로모션 운영, 이메일 마케팅을 하나의 내부 운영 시스템으로 연결한 앱입니다. 마이크로 사이트가 고객을 유입시키는 프론트엔드라면, My Dash는 그 문의를 실제 예약과 매출로 전환시키는 백엔드 운영 시스템입니다.
